day I put up my Android app on the Google play store. Today the app was removed from it without proper reason. Reason for suspension of app

REASON FOR REMOVAL: Violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy. Please refer to the IP infringement and impersonation policy help article for more information.

Your app and/or elements of its listing on Google Play, including title, description, logo(s), or promotional screen-shots must not include unauthorized usage of protected works belonging to a third party.

Your app icon and promotional screen-shots must not contain images that appear confusingly similar to existing products.

My app name: Live Photo wallpaper

icon and screen shots are desgined by our desginer.

I don't copy the icon and screen shots, that are developed by my designer. This is my second app got suspended from Google play store with same reason. so,can any one give me solution am i missing anything? Thanks in advance..

Unfortunately this is a flawed process right now. Many developers are having the same issues... even our official apps were having issues. About the only thing that you can do is try to email them and explain your case. It helps to network on social too in the hope you may find a Googler that can assist in your situation.

Keep in mind the warning is very vague. We recently had to change our apps name from Android Forums to Forums for Android! Maybe it's more related to your title "Live Photo Wallpaper"? Did they give you a chance to plead your case or request more info?

Good luck!

p.s. What do you think @rob ? I think this is a little different from what email we received?

Hey @somnadh87 can you supply us with a link to where your app was in the Play Store? If you Google your app specfics there will often be a cached version of the result for viewing.

I'm going to guess that the objection in this case is NOT related to the actual app name, icon, or listing. Instead, it seems like Google (or someone who complained to Google) is claiming that the actual wallpapers you featured in your app were violating copyrights. Where did you get all the photos and pictures that you were using as wallpapers?

That happend to me twice so im not going back to pay 25 bucks so they can rip me off again noo sir

Well you can upload apps to Cydia its a app store for jailbroken ios's
