Root [CDMA] Motorola Update Services App?

Are all Moto G smart phones (First Gen) supposed to have the Motorola Update Services app. I heard that the app got updated on all Moto G 2013 smart phones but I don't even have the app in the first place. So is there something wrong with the my phone or even the ROM I'm using? BTW, I'm using this ROM (Rooted, Deodexed, and Debloated) but in the "Removed Apps" section it doesn't say that the Motorola Updates services app was removed.

Its only for GSM variants at the moment.

If you side loaded it its the wrong one for CDMA. Lol I mean you can side load any apk you want if you can find it online provided there's no api conflicts/parsing issues. Doesn't mean its for your device. I'll take the word of the Moto App developer who emailed me and just wait for it to be pushed.
