Do you mean won't install or will install but then won't run? Do you get any error messages?

Yes, we checked the Unknown Sources box....not capable with the device....won't show up in Google Play App Store...

When I typed in WWE(WWE Network App), it does not show up in the Google Play Store....is there something I am missing regarding comparability or is it too new to get it?

How about use the browser and select play store if it pops up if not just install

When logging in Google Play Store via Browser it says when downloading the App: No carrier Gigabyte ......... This item is not capable with your device....

If what you want to install is not compatible with your tablet there's probably not much you can do. Even if you manage to get the app .apk file somehow and try sideloading it as from an unknown source it's likely it either still will not install or fail to run even if it appears to install. IOW the simple answer is to stick to compatible software.
