Help Android Rom for RCA tablet

Hello Guys,
Thanks in advanced to my post, I have a tablet rca 7". It doesn't wznt to boot so just the it stops at the logo rca screen. try to make a factory reset after that it returns me the same logo screen, after some researches I see that I have to found a rom for booting it. I surf the web and Forum to forum nothing. So if someone can redirect me on a rom file let me know.

Every step went exactly as stated in the tutorial you supplied except final step. Still stays on Chipper and Nipper.

Ok, I see that my problem is not that uncommon. My RCA RCT6378w2 won't go past the recovery system menu.
I've looked for answers on where to go from here, but none are direct. My guess is I have to reinstall something, but beyond that I'm lost. Any direction or questions? Please feel free, I don't want to go buy another tablet just yet. As I've said I have followed all the factory reset instructions to no avail.

Have you checked the company site to see if they have some kind of flash tool for the pc and stock firmware you can flash? Id say that's your best bet. Or email them

To the point, no.

From all the info I've gathered RCA has been less than helpful with this issue. As from personal contact with RCA, I'm ticked enough that this has happened and to be subjected to any further suspected run around from them would prove of no help to me. That is why I've come here, to look for answers. I read that they were confronted with a similar problem and their answer was to basically send them the tablet and when and if they decided the problem was something they wished to address they would either fix it or would replace or return the original unrepaired. All in about 6 to 8 weeks time. Now that's not what I consider very good customer support.

Yeah the problem is that there's probably no 3rd party developer support (custom roms) for that device so the manufacturer is probably the only people who can provide you with a fresh operating system.

I know nothing of the required format but if someone else does give it a look and see if it's something that could help all of us. Thanks!
