Help Unbrick LG Optimus F3

Hello I have an LG Optimus F3 that is bricked I need help I have tried the following things

Factory restore
Update KDZ file using the flash tool
LG mobile support tool
All keys to restart phone(power +volume etc)

Also my phone is metro pcs LGMS659

When I use the KDZ flash tool it gives me an error

I was given someone else's phone that will not boot. I know very little about Android -- but am more computer-literate than the owner and that's how I ended up with it.

The phone freezes when booting. After it shows the AT&T logo, the frozen screen has an "htc one" logo with "beats audio" written down below.

I would like to pull the photos off of this device (which means I can't do a factory reset) but I have no idea how to do it. I don't believe the phone has been modified in anyway (rooted or whatever). What can I do?

Mine is not finding any GSM signal. Otherwise it connects to WiFi.

When I tried to flash it I got same exact pairs of error codes:

WParam:100 LParam:64

and then

WParam:100 LParam:0
 
You Dont have the proper radio If i remember it may have something to do with the flash files . you didn't certified a file properly
 
yo brainz2013, i have the same problem as theirs. can you help us out? what do you mean by "radio" and if its ok, can you gave us the steps? thanx in advance man, your help will be much appreciated.
