Root Tried replacing File Browser with Root Browser as system app..

And now Root Browser won't open. I should have done a back up of file browser in retrospect, but oh well. It's an easy fix, I'm just wondering if there is another way I can make (any) root file browser a system app? For clarification, I used titanium pro to make system app, worked fine before I did so..

Reboot the phone after you move it to system with tb. I had a problem with a app moved to system with tb and rebooting fixed it.

Lol, yeah that happened to me *once. The first law of Tech Support; Is it plugged in? The second law of Tech Support; Turn it off and then turn it on again.

Since most phones have some system games, there shouldn't be any problem making a game of my choice system app, right?

How big is the game, how much space is left in the system partition? Then, if the questions are answered for you and it seems like it will fit, go for it.

Haha uhh... this is probably a really newby question, but is there only so much space that can be used by system partition?

Yeah... Usually the internal storage is split evenly between system and user space. If you download link2sd, it will show you the space available for all partitions.
Link2sd can also move your app to the system. :)

Titanium backup shows you on the first page at the bottom.
My details are as follows. (using fully debloated rom)
System ROM: 2.11gb [1.4gb free]
Internal+Media: 4.22gb [2.15gb free]

Because ive been on this "replace system files i dont like" kick. Replaced my system file browser, web browser, etc, so that if i flash a ROM again, i will have the ones i want already installed

If you "flash a ROM" the system partition is deleted and replaced, there by nullifying the work you have done. If you "factory reset" on the other hand, it will erase everything but the system partition, now leaving you with a clean personalized build. The only thing de-bloating and moving apps to system is good for is personalizing the one you have installed now. It will not effect any ROM you "flash" onto the embedded MultiMediaCard.
