Help USB OTG enable

I'm trying to get OTG working on my zv9 F7 from textnow any assistance would be appreciated

I don't know about your device whether it supports OTG or not. If it supports OTG, then you will have to use OTG cable and not ordinary micro USB cable.

I have an otg cable that I've tested on other phones, so I know it works. This phone claims to support it but it did not work. the phone is rooted and have tried a few workarounds but to no avail

Sometimes the OTG cables are faulty. Sometimes it work on one phone and not work on another. Try another, good OTG cable.
