Root [AT&T] CWM Recovery not installed right

I have an AT&T GS4 that I rooted after I received nj4 OTA. I flashed nc1, installed and ran towel root, flashed nj4, then installed super SU & busy box. Verified I have root with Titanium Backup. I installed ROM Manager and it's license (previously installed on my Rooted GS3) and opted to install CWM Recovery. Rebooted to Recovery and get the robot with the red error and no nandroid or filesystem options. Does anyone know how I can fix this.

You have to use safestrap to install Roms but they have to be Samsung based. Theres isn't any cm and what not or whatever

Where can I find instructions on putting Safestrap onto this phone. I am currently without any recovery options of any kind and feel kind of like I'm wearing one of those old timey hospital gowns.

Damn. No thumbs up in Tapatalk for this forum. All sorted now and have first nandroid backup. Glad to have something covering my backside even though I don't flash ROMS. Just never know if something you do might Bork or cause a soft brick.
