Help My phone thinks its software is up to date.

I have an LG G3 Vigor and I want to update my phone's Android version to Lollipop but it says it's up to date at KitKat... Any thoughts?

Depending on what region you live in and what carrier, it could take longer to get pushed to you

I've read stuff about it being ready to be updated. But when I go to "update LG software" it says it's up to date. And I live in the Northeastern region of the US.

I say just be patient then, updates get pushed out in waves so you're in a lottery for when you'll get it.
For example I knew my phone was due an update, people all over the world had it.
I checked before bed lastnight and nothing, woke up today with a notification in my panel saying I had an update waiting to be installed.
(unfortunately my update wasn't an exciting one like yours

LG has just started pushing out the update for the G3 Vigor, I couldn't get an accurate carrier/release list, but it's coming.

LG carrier branded phones aren't going to work with a Sony sideload.
