Blinkfeed isn't just a news feed, it's the launcher.
To root an HTC, you unlock the bootloader, install a custom recovery, make a nandroid backup, and flash SuperSU.

Not sure about HTC devices,But maybe the Blinkfeed/Launch could be side loaded with adb.

There's no other proper way to root an HTC - unless you use something like Kingo root, not recommended for an HTC on any decent forum. People recommending things like Kingo for an HTC tend to get their posts removed or discredited.
Otherwise, it's a 4 step, simple, root. 3 if you don't make a backup.
As for sideloading Blinkfeed - I absolutely doubt that's all that's been removed.
+1 on the stock rom Amoco.
If there really is no recovery installed, get the bootloader unlocked at HTCdev.com

Do you have Sprint or Virgin Mobile CDMA service in Kazakhstan? If it's not one of those phones, that's not going to work.

Then search for the international HTC Desire 510 stock rom or RUU.
Instructions for everything we can help with are in the thread.
But they're worthless without the international rom for your phone.
We don't have it.

Two of us have searched for it.
The sort of backstreet things are likely using Kingo or some other Chinese instant rooting tool. If they can root they charge you, and if they can't root, or brick your phone, it's sorry we can't do this and don't charge you.
