Help SD card permissions fix for NON rooted KK 4.42

Is there any way to fix the permissions for writing to ext SD card on KK 4.42. I have a LG Optimus F60 and no way to root so far, so I am looking for a way around it, if possible.

Want to be able to move apps to my ext sd. Now you can move a few but most 3rd party apps and other things I would put on it , I can't. Really I want a root solution for the phone and then its all solved, but until then this is something that I wish I could do.

Android support for moving apps to sd cards left after Gingerbread and even then, as now with the few you've found, the entire app doesn't move.

So you have to root and install a hefty mod to what you want.

Yeah, that's what I really need, but so far no working root method I have found. I just thought maybe there was an app or work around to this.
