smart keyboard pro text prediction does not work!

ok, so I download the smart keyboard pro today. spend ages customising settings then find the predictive text does not work. press the T9 button which goes green but still types first letter of pad. grrrr. Can anyone help as no idea who to contact.

They'd probably be best qualified to assist you.

Good luck getting a response from those guys mate. They're not very helpful at all. Seems to me like they've abandoned the app tbh.
Have you tried reinstalling it? I haven't used it in a while (moved to SwiftKey) but t9 worked for me

It was updated in January, according to the Play Store, so I was hoping they were at least still around in spirit.

I think they have a forum but from what I remember it was a wasteland

Hi - thought I would update in case anyone else experiences the problems I had. I got my 16 year old son to work it out! Apparently I needed to download the Smart keyboard pro English language app which when I did T9 worked perfectly. Might have helped if they'd said anywhere when installing app that I needed to do this!!
