FYI, this morning received the notification update for Lolipop, I'm not updating until I really have too, but just letting you all know it's rolling out.

I'm not updating because there are things with LP that I don't like and have tested on previous devices, so I'm waiting and sticking with what I have, the sound silence for one. We should be able to use our sound as we choose, not how Android wants us to use it.
 
Wow no discussions here on Lolipop ?? Please post all your findings for others. This way those that are undecided on installing can make their decisions.

I received my Moto X on the 17th and immediately upgraded to Lollipop. There are absolutely no issues with it that I've run into thus far, so I highly recommend it!
 
I bought the Moto X after the 5.0 upgrade made my N5 unusable. I have the Google Pure Edition Moto X so what I am saying may not apply.

Pure Edition had had 5.0 since around November I think. Anyway, I used kit Kat for about a day before upgrading the moto x to 5.0. Same crap as my N5. Quickly becomes bogged down and apps take forever to load and switch. I seriously hope this gets fixed in 5.1 which is rumored to be right around the corner.
 
I can tell you I have no issues with 5.0 other then I hate the Lolipop sounds features, but it is what it is and I have been able to use the Phone scheduler app, to still silence my phone at scheduled times, rather then use the integrated one which I hate.

I dislike the 'thud thud' sound when I enter my unlock PIN. I prefer my old phone's 'click click' sound. But I haven't been motivated enough, yet, to look for a way to change it!
