any body have idea about how to change system language chinese of HTC ONE SU T528w to english please ?????

Look for the settings icon, looks like a gear wheel, select it, scroll down until you see a square with an "a" in it, that's languages, top one will have "中文", that's Chinese, scroll until you see "英文" or English, select that, done.

Not a clue, sorry. I've never had to deal with locked bootloaders before. Was answering the original question, how to switch this HTC to English when it's all in Chinese. That's easy.
