Disabling apps

There some apps I would like to disable but not sure if it'll hurt the functionality of the phone itself. These apps would include the following:
AT&T family maps
AT&T life
AT&T locker
AT&T Mobile locate
AT&T Navigator
Driver Mode
Games (W icon)
Lookout
LG Smartworld
Thinkers Viewer

Would it hurt to disable any of these without hurting the function of the phone? Also if I disable would I have to do it every single time I reset it phone?

Disable them,I did.And everything is just fine on my AT&T G2.

Works on my AT&T G3, also. You can also disable FaceBook & Twitter.
