Help Difference between these two Mediatek CPUs...?

I think most devices that use a Mediatek CDMA SoC are destined for use on China Telecom. Would a US CDMA carrier such as Verizon do any budget or mid-range Chinese phones using that SoC?

AFAIK low-cost Mediatek SoCs are mainly used by Chinese manufacturers, and a few Indian ones as well, like Karbonn and Micromax.

The ZTE Blade A450 is low to mid-range Chinese phone, and it's not CDMA. It's a respectable screen size, but resolution is rather low, also it's quite low on RAM (1GB) and internal storage (8GB), especially these days.

But it will play very well some games like let's say, Subway Surfers, right?
