Help Bad to constantly reset phone?

Due to OCD issues, I tend to reset my phone a few times a week. Is this bad for the phone? I have an LG G3 if that makes a difference.

I remember the days when if I made it through 24 hours without restarting 3 times that was a good day.

Oh windows mobile, how we miss you

Factory reset is usually done only to correct problems or to wipe the device for resale or disposal. There's no reason to do it otherwise, and it seems like it would be an inconvenience to do it that often since you'd have to restore your data and settings every time.
Maybe you should get some help for that OCD. ;)

What benefit are you getting from factory resetting that often?
I guess the benifit of knowing that its squeaky clean. In the back of my mind I can't escape the fact that a file that's deleted doesn't actually get “deleted” - just overwritten. Another reason I tend to factory reset after deleting or uninstalling unnecessary files/apps. Its a mental sickness with me.

By factory data resetting that often you're not giving Android a chance to build up its caches and therefore give you best performance based on your actual app use habits.

But if your use habit is to reset no other real harm is being done.
