Hello, im new to this forums, so ill make it quick.
I wanted to change my phone, so i backed all the files from my phone to my PC.
My question is, how do i send them back to my phone?
I mean, i have all the files such as
...\backup\Alarms
...\backup\Android
...\backup\DCIM
etc... on my PC. how do i move it back to the phone so its in its state it was before i changed my phone?

Use the same software/app you used before,When you backed them up.Or
try and plug your phone to your pc with usb cable and copy and paste the back where they were.

I tried, it didn't work. i did not use any software to move the files, i just copy pasted them from
This PC\GT-I8190T to
Desktop\Backup
and when i tried to copy paste them back to the other phone, i did get partial information, but not contacts, wallpaper, apps, phone language, and apps that need to be updated, which were updated on my last phone.

The old device is a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, but what is the new one? If it's another Samsung handset, their SmartSwitch software will migrate just about everything from the old one to the new.
