Root Lg f60 metro pcs

do we just need camera libs ? or is it kernel based problems or would i be able to edit the zip to add the camera libs to see if it would help? if so will i still be able to access recovery if it fails XD

You would have to change radio band in phone info. (*#*#info#*#*) settings bottom top left... use US.radio band.... Tweak ur build.prop with ro ril.hsxpa=3 (hspa+42) / 2 (hspa+21) depending or are (location covering) ro.ril.gprsclass=12 ...

CM use Samsung ril telephony which make radio cluttered
For that to be fixed we would hav2 rewrite telephony. Apk plus Many other stuff plus kernel... To much!!!
Or try to get a radio.IMG compatible with phone n ROM to much sh*~...

Can't get into phone info it says this application does not work on this device . any ideas??
 
just installed the paranoid ms323 rom on my moms phone (my old phone) works great lol now it was a good 45$ buy still waiting to see what will come of this one!

Notice how the ms323 is the lg optimus l70... By all means if you have that phone flash away. The l70 has it's own root threads and the ROM link is in there. Shame I don't have that phone anymore, a lot of development going on.

Oh so many posts.First let me start off by saying that i apologize for mentioning the ms323 or Lg l70 phone in our f60 thread and I don't mean to be off topic with this phone for here. That said.. Yes @jplsteel their is a link for the paranoid 5.1.1 which by the way seems to have been working nearly perfect for my mom so far no complaints yet. Link here > http://androidforums.com/threads/unofficial-d320n-d325-ms323-5-1-1-paranoid-android.917448/ < @TheEmpathicEar This is for the ms323 or lg l70 device please do not copy this over on your device via flash or any other means you will hard brick your phone and my not be able to fix it. @Incakola I stated i apologize for being off topic with our older phone models It is nice to know though development has improved dramatically since we owned that phone. Gotta say im jealous that my older phone which is now my moms can run 5.1.1 no problems really. Wish we had a nearly full working rom for ours. I am unsure if we will since we dont have a maintainer and UD has probably been either busy or moved on. only time will tell.

As @Incakola stated if you do have that phone still flash away youll love having that lollipop paranoid rom.
 
We're soon to get 5.0 and once this happens I'm sure there will be more devs rather than just UD that can make a ROM easily since there are some problems with it right now. But I have a question will this mean there will be no more hope on a CM11? Since the ROMS will probably be based of that 5.0 update...

Do you mean 5.0 for the F60?
 
I have a question guys cant we just port lollipop from this device which just came out and is pretty much exactly our phone except its resolution is 480x854 i looked at its specs its just our phone using lollipop. Wonder if any devs wanna try to see if a port is viable heres the link to the open source http://opensource.lge.com/osSch/list?types=ALL&search=H340N its the lg leon lte other wise known as h340n as its model its from metropcs as well. If we cant do anything with it i think maybe just upgrading to this one would just be easier since its the same damn phone with lollipop on it .-. i only asked to see if its portable to ours so i dont have to spend another 50$ xD
