So I have an android, LG Volt with 4.4.2, is it possible to install CM 12.1? Because I am trying but is stuck on the face meaning boot. Do I have to wait for hours or is not possible? Please reply thank you.

You can't just go grab any ROM and install it. It has to be for your phone. Go look in the root forum, your answers are there.

OK, so why aren't you asking in that thread, or at least in the root forum? Do you think we would have a ROM posted that you can't use?

The only thing I can suggest with the information you've given is to start over and make sure you are following the instructions correctly. Use TWRP and make sure you wipe everything except the external SD.
