Wow...I'm in Silver Springs and not having that problem...have you called VZW and asked if there's tower maintenance in your area? If not ask them to refresh your device on their end.In Bethesda MD

Can they "reset" my device like that?
Side note: it depends on location and time of day I know that but around here it's terrible. At home it's around 16 and in Olney it's over 40 but I'm so close to DC right now it's ridiculous!

Yeah its gotta be the time but still. Verizon has that reputation for excellence this is just pathetic. We're getting 3g speeds on 4gWow...I'm in Silver Springs and not having that problem...have you called VZW and asked if there's tower maintenance in your area?
