Help ? Instead of fancy fonts

[Fonts on android]

So, I came across a problem with fonts. On IOS there are many apps and features which allow users to add fancy text, and the system displays it. Yet on android anything similar is just represented by a lot of "?". I was wondering, I know that such issue could be fixed by simply rooting the device and messing around with the system programming, but is it possible to legally view them? Maybe android system can add them like ios? (If that's legal businesswise)

You can root and use an app like rom toolbox to change system font but be sure to make a nandroid backup first

Usually "?" or squares means the particular font you tried to use is incomplete, especially for things like Chinese, European accented letters, etc. What fonts did you try and where did they come from. And what phone or tablet have you got, make, model and Android version. Because some manufacturers do their own things when it comes to user fonts.

Oh, well, I was using an app for ios "better fonts", on an iphone, and those could be viewed in messages for any ios device. And to view them on Android, I used Samsung galaxy tab pro 8.4 with android 4.4(the most recent one), which showed the "?"
