Help Google play store pop ups

I've went to my Verizon carrier and have told them about the Google play store pop ups. I'm also having web browser pop ups. They said it was AOS issue. Does anyone have any answers. These things are eating away at my data and my carrier will not compensate. I need a fix!!!!!

Go to settings, applications, ALL and "clear data" for your browser.
If you've installed any browsers clear data for them too

It does have a "clear" option. Just a reset app preference selection.

Hmm never heard of that. Try it anyway. You'll lose your bookmarks but it should cure the browser hijack

That's standard on every Android I've seen, although some call it Apps or the App Manager rather Applications.

No this is from my phone settings. Should I go to my browser and go to settings?

No go to phone settings, applications, scroll across to ALL scroll down until you find your browser, tap on it and there should be a switch called "clear data" press that

Ok so I cleared cache. When I selected clear data, it said that all of my accounts would be deleted.

Yeah it will delete all your bookmarks and history.
Are we sure we're on the same screen?
Here's a screenshot of a different app and the colours will look a bit different but does it basically look the same?

Also do the same to any browser apps you might have downloaded and Chrome etc
