find my smartwatch

Hello everyone!

Few days ago I bought Scania Black Griffin smart watch as a gift to my friend. Yesterday someone stole it from me. I do not know much about technology nowadays, so I decided to ask in this forum - is it possible to find this smartwatch (I know that it does not use mobile network and I suppose it has android OS, so maybe google can provide me with some information about device's location)?
In addition I can say that no Google account has been set on the device and bought the watch from Scania official website.
I know that there are already tips for stolen android devices but I could not find one about smartwatches.

This smart-watch was intended to work and integrate with Scania trucks AFAICT. Doesn't use Google at all, and no way of locating it from the internet. It's shown as "sold out" on Scania's website, so I guess it's been discontinued and no chance of finding another new one.

Could try Ebay, Gumtree, Craigslist, etc.
