After doing what??ok it rebooted now its on the white screen with htc logo with the writing at bottom

Since flashing the new TWRP, have you tried to install it again?
If not, please do.
See if it works.
If you have tried installing it again since flashing the new TWRP, then get the rom zip on to your pc, extract the boot.img file from it, move the boot.img file into your fastboot folder, put the phone in FASTBOOT USB mode and say on your pc from the fastboot folder in a command window -
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot

Yes and you don't have to worry because you get to start with a clean slate and use that lock-then-RUU trick if you get into a bad way again.does this mean i would have to root my phone again and find a new rom?

i have a htc one m8 rooted...no custom rom....unlocked....s-off (by sunshine 25$) with twrp-2.8.7.0-m8 and update-superSU-v2.46
my problem start when i try to install harman kardon settings which is a big mistake for me. ( http://www.droidviews.com/enable-harman-kardon-audio-on-htc-one-m8/ )
i download the zip file (HK_7.0.0.zip) and install it thru recovery...wipe the Dalvik cache...boom i am in bootloop....i cannot go anywhere....
i put the usb cable and the sound keep beeping (seems recognize by the computer but nothing happen only cd rive appear). please help if i can fix this or not..thank you.
Get fastboot -

I'm sorry that we're not communicating well but yes, that's what I have been saying to do -
Install new TWRP (Done right?)
Wipe system from TWRP (Done right?)
Install the rom that you tried to install before using the new TWRP.
