Help Samsung Tab S issue connecting to wifi

Upgraded to lollipop 5.0.1 last night, now i can't connect to wifi networks. When attempting it just sits on connecting. I've tried forgetting the network, more than one network, factory reset and factory resetting the router, nothing is working :/

I'll move this to the Tab S 10.5 sub-forum in that case. Even if it's not an inherent problem with the update, other users of the device will be better-placed to offer advice.
 
Upgraded my Tab S 8.4 to lollipop 5.0.1. Since, the "back button" and "recent apps button" lite from time to time when the tablet off.
