Root Can some one make a over clocked kernel for CM 12.1?

no that is not needed, the boot loader is not really locked in that sense

it is locked in the sense where you can not use it with fastboot, and it has the thing that makes system read only

but you can run custom kernels, if you were not able to do such, we would not have cm12, pac, and carbon, they all use a custom kernel

My tablet (Running the same MSM8926 chip) can go up to:
1.59 GHz on CPU
533 MHz on GPU
Maybe it could go higher but that's all I know by now.

We really would love a over clocked kernel! I play PSP games and due to the low clock speed the performance on the games suck! Please someone!

Yes it can but when you crank it that far the performance actually drops. A solid 1.5ghz would be nice though.

If im correct that theoretically impossible because according to Qualcomm website the max clock our
cpu can be ran is 1.6ghz (quadcore)

That means that if you push it beyond 1.6ghz you will actually start to lose performance and be much more likely to damage your CPU. OC higher than 1.6ghz can be done but it is a very very bad idea.

It could be done with a Loki type patch if someone could delve into that I don't know as with the lg spirit it had kernals and unlocked bootloader and all that way but different os and manufacturer altogether so I don't know if it would be possible to create anything like that for this device.

Loki is dead. All the phone manufacturers have made changes that render Loki useless. We don't need a bootloader unlock for OC. This phone can already run any custom kernel you just can't write to system without switching twrp & boot.img around

Were did you get the Dolby audio app?

My dolby app i have was downloaded over at XDA. Its called erav24.zip..it was,made for he HTC M8 .I also have this flashed on my Desire 510. Same chipset for all three phones. If your wondering how I have the dolby app customized, i have xposed installed and use module named Custom Text..to make it say ZTE..if your going to flash the erav24 zip, choose M8 and depending on your rom choose the right option. Im on RC 5 cyanogen mod 12.1 Lollipop 5.1.1..I choose option AOSP....by far this mod has all my sounds with clear, clean and less destortion when volume is raised.Lastly Bass is very nice and crisp.. I also deleted all other EQ apps like DSP and AudioFX..Dolby app has a built in EQ already.. I recommend Dolby over any other music enhancement applicaation.
