Help Weather animation

My weather animation is gone. It's not in the lock screen menu for me to toggle off or on. The clock that works with it is gone from my quick circle case. What did I do? How can I get it back?

I got this from the LG G4 Manual;

Weather Animation
Show weather animation effect on the lock screen based on auto-updated weather data.

1. Tap
   
   >
   
   > Settings
   
   > Display tab.
2. Tap Lock screen.
3. Tap the Weather animation checkbox to show weather animation. (A checkmark will appear.)

But it sounds like your not seeing that?

I'm not seeing that. Are you? Yesterday, I let "Smart Clean" clean up some unused apps. I think it deleted something important. Not sure what it got rid of. Is there a weather app that came with the phone? Ugh!

Got it! General Settings: about phone: update center: App updates: scrolled down to Idle Apps: WEATHER was idled. Gave the option to download. I did, now it's back in the lock screen menu. I love the rain drops on my lock screen when it's raining. ☔
