Root Complete phone reset??

First off everything I want is on my SD card.

I want to know what is OK to wipe in twrp when I do a clean install.

Data
Dalviche
Cache
System
Etc.

What can I wipe before I install?And what can i wipe after instalI?

Im re-installing Metro stock rom and super su undate.

I want to keep twrp.

If I may ask what happens if I wipe system and the other one can't think of what it's called

You never want to get rid of the OS,Even when flashing another one.
The new rom that is flashed will take care of the old OS.

If you really want to do a clean install and everything you want is on your SD card then format data and wipe system and cache BEFORE you flash the ROM.
