Want to re-root my tablet

All right, so almost a year ago I've rooted my tablet with framaroot and it worked, thanks God.

Now, I've recently done a factory reset since I experienced some problems. After reseting (and backing everything up before it, of course) I tried framaroot again (it said that rotting was "successful" but after rebooting it didn't work. How do I know? .... I ran "Root checker".

I tried other apps and most of them either freeze or said successful and nothing happens. What do I do? What's a good rooting app that may work in my case?

P.S. Framaroot worked in the past
Also I have Android 4.2.2 (if u need more info just tell me)

Factory reset should not loose root. If the superuser you had was not installed as a system app,it would be deleted.
Which superuser do you have installed now and what happens when you open the app?

I have this one : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.supersu&hl=en

It asks me to update the binary, I hit "Normal" and then it says "Installation failed" , naturally because I don't have root acces (so I don't have permission to enter SuperSU)

I had never used frama root but just read it's instructions. It installs superuser and binary. Could be you have different Su in your app drawer?

Nope, I know how the app looks, I've used it for over a year. Besides, the factory reset should've taken care of it

All right, everyone. Looks like I found Kingroot which did the trick. So this thread is resolved by me. Yay me.

Anyways, thanks for your support guys
