Help Dialer Issue

Hi,
My sister put in the number in her dialer but it doenst go to the menu after she inputs them.
Her carrier was Cspire but now wants to go to AT&t but her sim card will not work. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Is this a sim unlock number purchased on line that you are referring to? If so, go back to where it was purchased from. Not all of these unlocking services can help. When I sim-unlocked my GS4 I had to go via my provider who got the code from Samsung.
