Root HTC One M8 won't boot after update

Hi all,

great forum for starters! I have been reading up a lot about problems with not booting of an M8. I'll start explaining the problem I have.

I have rooted my device but kept the stock ROM, I got an update from HTC and wanted to apply it. Last time I easily put back the stock recovery, updated, applied TWRP recovery and everything was perfect. This time it didn't go so well. I took the following steps:
  1. Applied stock recovery for T-MOB003 (4.19.114.2)
  2. I rebooted my phone and installed the OTA update
  3. When I rebooted after the update it stuck on the "HTC powered by Android" screen for a while after that the screen went dark with only the back light on.
  4. I wiped my cache and eventually I did a factory reset. But now it is still stuck on the loading screen. I can't try to flash anything because my phone isn't detected by the pc anymore.
My bootloader screen gives me the follwing info:
*** Software status: Modified ***
*** Unlocked ***
M8_UL PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT3.19.0.0000
RADIO-1.25.214500021.06G
OpenDSP-v48.2.2-00564-M8974_FO.1211
OS-4.19.114.3
eMMC-boot 2048MB

Can anybody help me get my phone working again?? I have accepted the fact that the data is lost but I really would like to be able to use my phone again.

Greetz, Joost
