Root Does CM12 work with Ringplus?

I have a stock Lg volt activated on Ringplus, but I would like to put CM 12 on it. Does anyone know if I can change Roms and keep my ringplus service?

No. I tried and it has APN problems. Not work, unless somebody fixes Ringplus.zip

I'm using candy5 (based off cm12) with ringplus. I used the APN backup and restore app (it's in the play store) to get it working. LTE is working fine.

Hey, I tried CM12.. didn't work. keyboard was bugged and broke.. I tried candy 5 and it worked great but I still couldn't get the APN settings to work properly.. I tried to run APN Backup as described but it says it cannot restore or backup.. I set it as a system app using Titanium Backup Pro, but it still doesn't seem to be wanting to backup my apn or restore it for me..

FWIW, I'm using BlissPop with RingPlus.
I haven't used it extensively, but LTE seems to be working fine for what little use I've put it through.

Sometimes you need to go to the apn settings, tap the "..." and reset to default.

yes. After flashinng to ringplus apn fix in #2 post under recovery, I got both LTE data and GSM voice at ringplus
