Help droid turbo command center vibration

got the new update and for some reason it took my command center widget off and after i reinstalled it, its back vibrating again. for the life of me i cant find where i went before to disable this feature. i've got as many vibrate on touch settings as possible buts its still doing it. i thought it was one dealing with some of the moto apps but i havent been able to find it. thanks for the help

Meaning when you touch to open the "wings" it vibes a little? I would have no idea how to granularly stop this but battery saver mode stops vibration, completely, I think.

yea that did it, i thought it was a setting that i changed but that is what it was. thanks
