Root Could some one help me (Galaxy note 4) (Softbrick)

Ok so im not sure what caused this yet i have been rooted for a month and just yesterday the phone shut off started into recovery mode but instead of showing recovering mode it shows the android logo with the blue gears for less then a second and flashes it on the screen every few seconds i can not get into download mode when i plugged the device into a computer it showed the samsung note 4 booting screen text and stayed there untill i unplugged it it has stopped doing that now and samsung smart switch isnt detecting the device help please
 
You have to install a custom recovery menu after rooting your device, which overwrites the default recovery menu.

My personal favorite after rooting one of my devices is Clockworld Recovery, which can be installed via Odin or on your phone itself.

I would do that but i cant get the device into download mode

If the phone is able to activate itself, factory reset it and you should be able to boot into download mode after that. Otherwise, I don't think it'd be a softbrick and you'd have to use Samsung Kies to recover your phone.

Its not being recognized by samsugn kies or smart switch
