Help asking me to call SIM 1 or SIM 2? how to remove?

when i make a phone call now it will ask me to call with sim 1 or sim 2?

it is very annoying.

how do i make it so it does not prompt me that question and just calls out?

Ive never seen anything like that. The phone has only a single sim, obviously.

Just to ask the obvious questions, have you restarted the phone and it still does that? Installed any new apps?

i did a master reset and it still shows it.

no new apps have been installed that would affect it.

Did you try taking the SIM card out and put it back in? (Don't do that with the power on.)

But, I have to be honest - this really seems like a question to ask Verizon or Motorola tech support. It may be that you need a new sim, so why not plan to stop by a Verizon wireless corporate store as soon as you can?

i agree, i need to pay them a visit this weekend.

not sure what happened but now it is not prompting me anymore to choose between SIM 1 and SIM 2.
