Suggest me my next Android phone? [Much details inside]

I was hoping you all could help me out on picking the right device for me. Im not terribly picky; I have my preferences, but if its close enough more than likely ill be happy. I have just one must-have requirement. Whatever buttons are present on the front of the device (usually this is home, menu, back, and search) must be phsyical hard buttons. They cant be capacitive touch buttons.

Silly isnt it? Well not quite. I have tiny little hands, you see. Phones are much bigger these days, and for me to type on their keyboards I often find that my WHOLE hands are stretching to fit the length of the device. What does that mean? Well it means that the part of my hand in between my thumb and pointer finger is constantly all over the device. Trust me, ive tried so hard, but I always seem to hit the capacitive buttons when im typing messages. Do you know how frustrating it is to be in the middle of typing a message, and then suddenly accidentally hit the back button? Its not fun.

My Preferences at a glance:

Who is your provider?

Scratch that. Im blind.....So, everything you described the only recommendation i have for you is the Motorola Droid. The HTC Incredible would be great, but you want a physical keyboard. I carry both the Droid and the Incredible. I love both.

Yeah. The LG Ally. Not sure they OP will be happy with the screen though. That is why I only mentioned the Droid and Incredible. We are launching the Ally soon.......
