Root LATEST UPDATE.ZIP from metro pcs (download link here)

Without knowing what build number your phone was on, the update zip you uploaded could be one of 3 different update zips. It could be to update from b06 to b13, it could be to update from b10 to b13, or it could be to update from b12 to b13.

With that said, it isn't of much use since, if your phone is not rooted and does not have twrp installed (which is the only time you can install an ota without a high risk of bricking) it will download the update on its own. Also, if you are rooted and do have twrp installed, you can just install the b13 or b33 stock ROM via twrp.
