Root Nexus 7 please help!!

I as updating to the 6.0 software and I came up with a "no command" error and searched the web high and low for answers, tried a few different things, and now I cant boot past the white "Google" logo with the open lock on the bottom of the screen. I can get into bootloader, but every command I give it, just gets me back to ground zero.

I cannot restore a backup, recover, or anything...
Since I can't restore, I need to flash stock and unroot
To do that my computer needs to find my tablet as a fast boot device, but it can't.
To make it see my tablet, I need to install the right drivers
To install the drivers I need USB debugging enabled
To turn on USB Debugging I need to not be in a bootloop

Can anyone help me please?

You don't need USB debugging in bootloader for fastboot. You only need it for adb when system is booted. If your computer isn't seeing it, try another cable, or another port on PC. Not a USB 3.0 port, has to be 2.0. You can try wugs toolkit, it will install drivers and issue the commands for you.

I tried to flash stock through wugs and it downloads the factory image and recognizes the fastboot device, but my tablet is FLO, and wugs is a GROUPER package. It says incompatible and not recommended to proceed. That's as far as I can get with wugs. I've tried skipsoft too but that one didnt work for me either.

You have to pick your device. It works for all nexus'. In the upper left corner is the drop down menu to pick device. Pick nexus 7 (2013) WiFi. Wugs is not a grouper only package. You have to pick device and build.

Right, my only issue is because I cant boot, I am not 100% positive of my build. I'm pretty sure it's 5.1.1 because I was in the process of updating to 6.0 but I don't know the build serial specific to what I had. I'll give it a shot with one of the 5.1.1 builds and see what happens.

Its booting!! I must have had an improper build selected before, because I ran the flash stock and all that jazz and It is swirling the google dots, so it's doing something!! Progress! Thank you!!

You can actually pick any build you want. You pick the build you want and it flashes it. You could have picked 6.0.1 and it will flash that factory image.
