Even if I could grow an impressive full beard, which would probably take me a few years, I know it would be predominantly grey. Goodness knows how many years that would add to me. So, even if I find shaving such a pain, it's better than having a scruffy grey stubble growing on my face.

I don't like bushy beards on men, I'm a fan of either a clean shaven face, or a light scruff like this.

Thankfully, I haven't seen many men like the big beard in that earlier picture.

Ok that picture is extreme, but I have seen young lads with a bushy full set. Some TV celebs and sports people (footballers etc) are doing it, so it has caught on a bit. There was a football coach being interviewed on TV recently. I thought it looked a bit incongruous on someone so young, but I suppose each to their own.

"Yesterday’s urban male wore a slim-cut pair of pants, perhaps a button-down shirt with a narrow tie. He kept a clean shave, and generally looked tidy. His look was coined “metrosexual.”

He is bar-hopping, but he looks like he could fell a Norway Pine.

Lumbersexual or metrojack? source
He looks like a man of the woods, but works at The Nerdery, programming for a healthy salary and benefits. His backpack carries a MacBook Air, but looks like it should carry a lumberjack’s axe.

He is the Lumbersexual.

Lifted my finger and found...

Languages of Belize

English is the official language of Belize, a former British colony. It is the primary language of public education, government and most media outlets. The majority of Belizeans, regardless of ethnicity, speak an English-based creole called Belizean Creole (also referred to as Kriol) during most informal, social and interethnic dialogue.

...but I'll bet it's a pretty twisted English.
