Root Any non-pc methods besides kingroot?

I was able to root my phone with kingroot, the thing is I'll get a pop-up ad here and there, which is annoying. So, is there any easy root methods besides kingroot that i can use?

You've found out how Kingroot is monetized, that's why it's "free".

I think most of these "free" Chinese one-click root tools have ads in them and/or phone home your personal and private stuff to Beijing, where it's sold to third-parties, the ones that don't require a PC.

What's doing the ads is probably KingUser, if you can replace it with SuperSU. There's some AF threads about it I think.

I used kingroot than flashify to flash twrp beta 1 and flashed supersu 2.76 zip and used system app remover to delete kingroot. Hope this helps.

unfortunately kingroot does not work for this device.

use the flashboot method to flash TWRP v3 zip
hopefully your bootloader is already unlocked before you try this, as it would be stupid to try beforehand.

try enabling developer mode, and enabling "usb debugging"

when the phones booted try copying the su binary and busybox binary manually to /data/local/tmp and then using quickboot to boot into TWRP.

from there mount /system and then try using the terminal option included to copy the binary files is /data/local/tmp to /system/xbin.

once in system bin you will have to chmod the file permissions

i believe this is the method i used to manually root although im not entirely sure if this is the step by step method.
from my knowledge, its the best chance u have at rooting.

install supersu.apk and confirm root.

if theres any place you get stuck at- please quote this post and explain step by step what you have done and where it led you.

the worst this can do is erase your userdata, with the oem unlock you would need for the bootloader.
or tell you that you dont have root access to mount or copy to system.

instructions for the flashboot method of installing TWRP are in the post and failure to follow explicit directions there will yield you into a brick.
reason i have not included any commands in this post is because they are easily found through the main root thread for this device and i assume no responsibility for your device's health.

these are merely nudges into the right direction- for experienced or knowledgeable android enthusiasts/developers.

this is NOT a guide on how to manually root.
