Root Zte Warp Elite Root

I was doing some research and i was wondering has anybody tried unlocking the bootloader before attempting to root the zte warp elite. Might be a stupid question, but it's a thought.

that is the main issue as ZTE has locked the bootloader and there is no work around as of yet...and they will not give us the key or allow us to unlock it...

In the developer settings theres an option to deactivate the bootloader

Theres an option in the develiper settings for an oem unlock

Theres an option in the develiper settings for an oem unlock
that does NOT unlock the boot loader...already has been tried...still get just temporary root ...on first reboot you loose root
