Help Speaker Phone Weak

Can someone comment on the handsfree speaker feature of the phone?

Mine is ridiculously quiet and the other end hears mostly echo when I put them on handsfree.

Anyone else have this problem, or is it just my device?

My Speaker Phone feature has been quite acceptable and I have never received and complaints from the other end of those conversations ...
