See all channels - Is there a way?

That doesn't include the app channels. At least not for me.
It does for me, near the top of the list, but looking closer it's only some channels:

Okay, I see a few now, but it's still only a partial listing. I started a channel for AndFTP and it's not there in the list, but it is in the general search.

It's something I'd like to see for times when I'm looking for a utility app to see what's what, like recently finally using an authentication app. It would have been nice to find channels for the various apps without installing them first (since some are paid).

Yeah, after a quick scroll down the list I'd guess there's 60 - 100 listed.

Over time there will be 1,000's of app channels, that would be a long list to display but could be helpful.

Which begs the question, if only a partial listing is visible, how are the channels chosen? Most popular? Newest? Some convoluted heuristic algorithm to try and determine which are appropriate to a specific user based on installed apps? Only those with an "r" in the app name ... except on Tuesdays?

It's based on what is installed on @Rob's phone. :p
