True. I was actually looking at Elizabeth, but also knowing that there are a few old presidents and Minister's Prime out there waiting to kick the bucket.

There was a very nice documentary about his and his family's struggles with his Alzheimer's. Followed him around during his last tour. I have the album from that documentary...
 
I think it might be Dick Van Dyke that will diagnose his own murder because the butler always done it... err I mean pass on. :)
 
As we continue to elevate celebrity and create more of them through the expanding media of vast global communication networks, we will naturally see more of this. :(

At least they are making it into their 80's and 90's.
 
Jerry Pournelle - Sci Fi author, technology and space flight advocate and the first major author to write a published novel entirely on a computer. Died of a sudden illness at age 84.

I especially enjoyed his CoDominium series of books. Haven't read them all yet though.
