Htc desire 610 stuck help

my htc desire 610 load up screen is stuck on a screen that saids this is for developmental purposes only ..it constantly restarts and wont go beyond this..i cannot use..please help

Make sure when starting ur phone that you're not pressing any extra buttons or that no buttons are stuck

this is what i get everytime that i turn on my device always..i dont know how to remove it

Is it rooted or did you attempt root? That's not normal for a non rooted device.

Usually when i've seen that error it's due to flashing a incorrect version of a custom recovery or one that is close but not correct. Like flashing a recovery that supports 2.3.5 on a device that has 5.1.1

If it's rooted, yes it can be fixed. If it's not rooted a RUU for your device should bring it back to life.

Hold volume down and power then look at the top, it'll say locked, unlocked etc. Post what you see.

If its rooted, possible causes, wrong hboot, wrong recovery, etc.

no.. I hadn't used my phone in awhile, and when I decided to use it again, i wasnt able to.. if i turn my phone on i see this and it reboots constantly to it:

Answer, someone flashed a wrong file. Your device is rooted, well soft bricked right now but was rooted at one point in time. No reason to unlock the bootloader unless you're going to root.

Lock the bootloader and run a RUU or flash a rom, problem solved.

could you explain the process to me? i have no idea what you're talking about or how to do it

Download a rom like cm or possibly Lineage and the gapps file for your device. Sideload the files in Teamwin or put them on the SD card if available.

Then reboot and enjoy.

i'm sorry, but can you please elaborate ? I've never done this before, and I'm not familiar with the terminology either...sorry
