Special and Profound thought for the day :-)

This is awesome!

Thank you for sharing :)

That was really good!

I should try to be a bit more of a gentlemen sometimes as well we could all do with a bit more of etiquette / decency in life.

Sometimes my anger gets the better of me and it's not good to live like that all stressed out all the time.

It is unhealthy / unwise.

Thanks Unforgiven :)

Don't just say you want change. Do something about it! Start with yourself and work outwards!
I may already be doing that... I started with myself and I think I am now starting to work outwards.... mostly in the gut area now ;)

If you love something set it free. If it comes back to you, it's yours. If it does not, hunt it down and kill it. (Does not apply to boomerangs)

lol it was most probably me who put it in the wrong thread - I am so good at that I could make a career out of doing it! XD

lol I kid I kid :D

My special / profound thought for the day is ------>

"Never belittle / bully someone for you never know if they will someday become the next tycoon / billionaire that is so smart that they come to own half the world!"

You posted in the right place, but at a later date. :D:D:D No worries. Renaming The Lounge to Off Topic and moving it off the homepage causes some ongoing confusion.

It is wise to stay open minded.

Just like people things are not always what they seem to be or what you may think them to be. :)

Don't waste your time!

Be happy! And live for the moment!

Life is horribly short!

Do not be too hard..... but do not be too soft...

"The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom" - William Blake
(But will the traveler ever arrive?) ;)

One of my absolute favourites of all time:

"Not everything is quite as what it seems..."

And this is another one of my absolute favourites:

"A rolling stone gathers no moss".

That one is very interesting and very deep and profound indeed which I believe has multiple meanings.

If you never keep still and stick to one job or career you will never be able to truly gather enough knowledge and resources that you could have if you stayed in one place or time or culture.

However don't get too crusty and too repetitive /stale as well as you could become a nasty dried up prune on the other hand as well.

So basically dont become a dried up prune or a sour grape that's mold infested thats got so much bacteria that all news kinds of specimens are now discovered causing environmental harm and concern :)
