Ahhh, than yeah, it's not so much at home but when you're out doing other things. As for Sprint expanding its coverage, that is a common statement by given by all the carriers when it comes to complaints like yours so you may be need to have a lot of patience waiting for it to come about. Again, if switching carriers is an option you might have to just do so. And I'm not dumping on Sprint either, I've been a Sprint customer for decades now. But I also live in a suburb of Chicago so it's something of a bubble of entitlement with all the major carriers having decent coverage range in this locale. That's the big issue here in America though, the carriers often have very, very different levels of coverage depending on location. Large urban areas with a lot of population density get better service overall while other places sometimes get good to bad coverage by some or only one carrier. And depending on what phones models you currently have, for instance carrier-locked CDMA-only phones, there could be a painful initial cost involved to replace them if you do switch.
