What's the real problem with no 4G service and only 3G in Yuma? Been told a couple different stories but looking for the truth. We know its not phones because 3 different phones show the same result. 1 or no bars 3G or roaming connected. No 4G and multiple notifications that in roaming status.
 
Your profile page indicates you're using Sprint. If that's still your carrier, looking at the coverage maps on:

which has crowd-sourced maps (as opposed to carrier-sourced maps, the difference being the former is supplied by actual users, the latter being what the carriers claim to be their coverage range), depending on just where you're located in Yuma that Sprint has pretty good coverage in the city proper, with T-Mobile having better coverage range than Sprint, but AT&T and Verizon having better coverage overall.
But again, location is a big factor. Is switching carriers an option for you? (... and keep in mind MVNOs often have better pricing, with the same coverage as whichever carrier they're contracted with.) If not, you might be able to complain (diplomatically of course) to your local Sprint office and get a femtocell (cellular extender) from them. Once you properly set up a Sprint extender in your home that should provide a more stable, usable cellular signal.

Thank You! Wifi calling is activated and works well in the house but out shopping the phone is always roaming and actually useless. Sprint said that their upgrading their towers and the Sprint Store said its an outage, but that's not true because this is going on for 2 weeks.
 
Ahhh, than yeah, it's not so much at home but when you're out doing other things. As for Sprint expanding its coverage, that is a common statement by given by all the carriers when it comes to complaints like yours so you may be need to have a lot of patience waiting for it to come about. Again, if switching carriers is an option you might have to just do so. And I'm not dumping on Sprint either, I've been a Sprint customer for decades now. But I also live in a suburb of Chicago so it's something of a bubble of entitlement with all the major carriers having decent coverage range in this locale. That's the big issue here in America though, the carriers often have very, very different levels of coverage depending on location. Large urban areas with a lot of population density get better service overall while other places sometimes get good to bad coverage by some or only one carrier. And depending on what phones models you currently have, for instance carrier-locked CDMA-only phones, there could be a painful initial cost involved to replace them if you do switch.

Thank You! I was in Chicago about 2012 and Chicago had blazing fast 4G. At the time O was living in metro-Detroit and 4G was almost non-existent.
