Light streak/leak on the edges of the screen?

I don't have one, so can't comment. However it cannot be a leak: OLED displays don't have a backlight.
Does it change if you change the angle of the phone? OLEDs do shift colour with angle to varying degrees (depending on the panel), and the curved edges mean that the viewing angle is changing a lot there. Just considering possibilities.

Mine does on the left side and so did my S9+, Note 8, S8+, Edge 7. I think it's because of the curve display. From what I've read before, this doesn't compromise the water resistance of the device .

i have it on my right side and when i swipe it it bring up apps for the side screen on my phone to be installed.
