S7 edge downgrade fail

Smart Switch is real picky about the information you enter for your model number and SN. First time I used it, I tried about a dozen times. Use all upper case letters and spaces have to be exact.
It may take you several tries to get it right.
 
So it must me the exact model number and sn? Well thats why i did and based on the link you posted i did saw in the comments that samsung did something about the smart switch device installation tab they really remove it for some reason and as i know you cannot anymore use it even the older vesions which still has the device installation tab so the only way to do it is using the odin because what i did is i read the comments and one of them posted a link of the older smart switch which still has the device installation tab and i install and used it and same thing happend to me😥
 
Sir can you like upload the file to mega and post the link here because this downloading takes forever

Sorry slow to respond. I can't even get latest version of Smart Switch to open on my Win 10 PC. Was gonna check and see if any changes made in Software Initialization.
Downloading the file I linked at Updato now. Hell of a lot slower than it was when I first started using it. Speed around 25 kbs.
I'll upload it to my One Drive and Dropbox and post links in the morning. Hopefully, one of them will faster.
 
The thing im curious about is that why i encounter that issue downgrading i recieve and update before but that update is only for the bugs and other stuff its not a major update and another thing im pretty sure the firmware i have now thats the latest firmware thats why i dont understand why i encounter that issue. But still havent figured out whats wrong and how to fix it
 
Had a problem last night. Forgot to check the sleep setting on my PC and when I checked download status before I went to bed, PC asleep and download stopped. Made changes and started again. About 70% now.
When I first started using Updato, download speed was a lot faster. Could have had it in about 15 min. Guess they have decided to sell faster download speed like Sammobile.
Haven't bought a Samsung phone since the S5 so haven't had to deal with it.
 
Something going on with Updato file for UAE(XSG). Tried other UAE(LYS) and got the complete file in 5min. Might be worth a shot to try neighbor country firmware as mentioned above.
 
Sorry for the late reply the problem i encounter with sammobile is that i will wait for the dowoad link and after it, it will just show 'error s1s' something like that

I already donwloaded a new one the site is quite similat to updato but the one from updato its downloading too slow it takes forever this one its quite fast hope this works because if not, i dont know what to do, and hopefully this finish downloading before i sleep.

There is but what im thinking is that i need to pay for it but i dont have money, anyways i downloaded again a newer firmware but this time im hoping it will work because i noticed that i keep donwloading a new file but its just the same from the file i have its still a 2018 update this time i donwloaded the newest one
 
If this file still didint work for i have no choice but to go to a samsung branch here in doha to get it fixed
